Russia raises excise duty cut-off for liquid steel to 30,000 rbl/tn

MOSCOW, Nov 21 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin signed on Monday a law that sets the excise duty cut-off for liquid steel at 30,000 rubles instead of U.S. $300 per tonne.

The measure is supposed to offset the impact of the worsening macroeconomic situation in the Russian steel industry.
